The Internet of Things (IoT) become important with technology advancements,
concept of IoT is to establish system by communicate or control between smart phone and embedded devices through wireless.
To construct low cost,
user-friendly IoT system, some of people try to using different device to develop.
Since Android device and Arduino platform
have user-friendly infrastructure and
lower price attracting developer.
Most of people develop IoT system using
Android and Arduino via wireless communication.
The main contribution of this thesis is to improve detecting water method.
To implement architecture of IoT by smart phone and Wi-Fi communication to control a Arduino boat to detect water temperature and pH value.
The method is more convenience to collect data of water quality from researched area of water.
