碩士 / 國立中央大學 / 企業管理學系 / 104 / This study examines the impact of the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement on the Taiwanese environmental test industry and also how would this industry cope with this situation. According the Agreement, Chinese business will be permitted to provide the technology test and analysis service in Taiwan. Questionnaires were issued to the laboratories of 100 businesses which were licensed to do environmental test service by the end of February, 2015. The findings show that the businesses with more test items were licensed, with worse performance in the past three years and with more employees would be affected a little.
