碩士 / 國立高雄餐旅大學 / 運輸與休閒服務規劃碩士學位學程 / 104 / With the rapid development of aviation industry in Asia-Pacific area, a civil aviation training center has been set up recently in Taiwan in 2015. Student pilot’s initial solo flight is the top one critical program among other flight training programs whereby to build up student pilot’s confidence, therefore solo flight is the most risky program in flight training safety. The risk factors analysis has been conducted in this study based on SHELLO model with information gathered from aviation experts and senior aviation instructors, and finally the evaluated questionnaire has been set up. Verbal Evaluation methods have been adopted in this analysis to establish risk factors in initial solo flight safety. This paper not only provides useful risk information for flight instructors’ reference, but also provides improvement information to the flight training industry. Besides, this paper also provides information for the Aviation Authority to set up related regulations to reduce flight risk and to assure the investment to be effective on flight safety.
