Therefore, the employees are the most important and valuable assets for a sustained company. The enterprise should offer more internal service in order to encourage employees for increasing their job performance. With the high job performance, a corporation can keep good competitiveness. The study recognizes the relationships among internal service quality, job involvement and job performance for the employees working in ocean freight forwarders by the questionnaires. Total of 250 copies delivered, returned with 195 valid copies, the valid return rate is 78%.
The results show:(1) Some significant positive impact among ‘internal service quality’, and ‘job involvement’ of employees of ocean freight forwarders.(2) Some significant positive impact among ‘internal service quality’, and ‘job performance’ of employees of ocean freight forwarders. (3) Some significant positive impact among ‘job involvement’ and ‘job performance’ of employees of ocean freight forwarder’s staff.(4)’Work involvement’ has the mediation effect between ‘internal service quality’ and ‘job performance’.
