碩士 / 國立臺中教育大學 / 體育學系碩士班 / 105 / In Taiwan because of the development of recreational sports and canoe sports gradually achieved international success more and more cities began promoting the canoe sports. However, canoe sports is unpopular in Taiwan, how the canoe coaches manage and develop the sport team in the condition is a subject that worth exploring. Sports coach is the team leader, use empower, inspire, urging and other methods to guide the group to complete the goal. The domestic research about sports coach leadership mostly use quantitative data to analyze the behavior of the leadership, but can not describe or explain the beliefs in sports coaching with policies, players and team members complex interactive process. Accordingly, the research using a qualitative study of case study, through participant observation and interviews to explore the data collection: How is the development of Case canoe team, the canoe coach’s leadership belief of the difficulties and challenges. The results found that so far cases of invasive canoe team rely on the achievements obtained in the case of sports coach run with passion, but in emergency state of less external resources , with excellent competition results with publicity to get more and more government departments and social concerns is the main strategy of its team development. Meanwhile, although the case sports coach training young players, regarded their studies and life coaching as the value of team existence, and in order to obtain parental approval. But under the influence of various factors, the implementation of this goal is easy to face a number of difficulties and challenges.
