碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 104 / This study aims to evaluate the relationship of the spawning period, productivity, and the ratio of fertilization of the broodstock of largescale black fish, Girella punctata; further, discussing probability in use of vegetable resources in diets for juvenile largescale black fish, Girella punctata. Diets with two kinds of soybean meal replacing fish meal are formulated for juvenile largescale black fish. Feeding experiment is thrown with isonitrogenic and isoenergic diets with soybean meal replacing 20 %, 40 %, 60 %, 80 % and 100 % of fish meal, respectively. In addition, isonitrogenic and isoenergic diets formulated with fermented soybean meal according to the optimum replacing proportion of soybean meal will be used in further feeding experiment to compare with the effects of soybean meal on growth performance in juvenile largescale black fish.
The broodstock were observed mating lasting 112 and 110 days respectively of 2015 and 2016 mating seasons, with the average of 111 days. 84 days were observed spawning of the 2015 mating season the spawning ratio of which is 75% and 92 days of 2016 with 84% spawning ratio, with the average of spawning ratio 79 %. Total number of egg were collected as 3,431.90 g with the average of daily collected 40.86 g which fertilized totally 1,674.90 g with the average of daily fertilized 19.94 g, 47.76 % of spawning ratio and 1,184 eggs were calculated per gram of 2015. Total number of egg were collected as 3,746.54 g with the average of daily collected 40.72 g which fertilized totally 1,586.53 g with the average of daily fertilized 17.24 g, 37.46 % of spawning ratio and 1,232 eggs were calculated per gram of 2016. Total number of egg were collected as 3,589.22 g with the average of daily collected 40.79 g which fertilized totally 1,630.72 g with the average of daily fertilized 18.59 g, 42.61 % of spawning ratio and 1,208 eggs were calculated per gram of the average of 2015 and 2016.
Of the 2015 case, the highest average daily spawning number and fertilized ratio was observed 87.80 g and 77.45 % with degree of 19.8 °C and the trend of which was observed raising during 18 ~ 22 °C and declining over 22 °C, with 5 – day simple moving average. Of the 2016 case, the highest average daily spawning number was observed 118.51g with degree of 19.7 °C and the trend of which was observed raising during 16.5 ~ 20.5 °C and declining over 23.5 °C, with 5 – day simple moving average; while the highest fertilized ratio was observed 90.48 % with degree of 23.0 °C and the trend of which was observed raising during 19.5 ~ 23.5 °C and declining over 23.5 °C, with 5 – day simple moving average. The reproductive trend of spawning number and fertilized ratio of 2016 was superior to 2015.
Weight gain of each experimental groups represents inferior to control group(323.32 ± 21.13 %)and shows significant difference against control group for largescale blackfish with initial length of 4.38 ± 0.04 cm and initial weight of 1.40 ± 0.15 g offered diets with various percentages of proteins from soybean meal replacing fish meal for 8 weeks. Weight gain of 20 %, 40 % and 60 % group represent as 266.11 ± 4.75 %, 257.55 ± 25.31 % and 246.95 ± 39.35 % respectively with no significant differences.
Weight gain represent as 350.33 ± 19.74 % of control group, 323.23 ± 12.25 %, 257.24 ± 14.55 %, 248.49 ± 38.94 % of soybean replacing 20 %, 40 %, 60 % respectively and 345.75 ± 5.80 %, 293.68 ± 12.46 %, 259.29 ± 9.35 % of fermented soybean replacing 20 %, 40 %, 60 % respectively for largescale blackfish with initial length of 6.14 ± 0.48 cm and initial weight of 3.49 ± 0.85 g offered diets with various percentages of proteins from fermented soybean meal replacing fish meal for 8 weeks. There are no significant differences(p > 0.05)between fermented soybean meal groups and soybean meal groups of 20 % and 40 % replacement with control group.
