The Study of Marketing Strategy for Recreational Diving Industry – A Case Study of Dive Shop in Downtown of North Taiwan / 休閒潛水產業行銷策略探討-以北台灣都會型潛水店為例

The various kinds of sceneries, abundant marine resources, colorful views of the sea and brilliant creatures that live in the sea is so attractive that many people would like to explore. In recent years, leisure industries and lohas life are more likely to seek exciting activities. And diving becomes one of the extreme sports that people who like outdoor activities would choose to do. For recreational diving industry, it is an important issue to study how to popularize recreational diving in efficient ways of marketing business model. The purpose of this research is how to build the business model of recreational diving industry of the metropolis in northern Taiwan from the point of view of marketing. In this research the semi-structured in-depth interview is used to contact with five kinds of people below to find out the opportunity of how they start diving. And conclude the similar and the different. Through the investigation and analysis of the potential customers of recreational diving industry to get the efficient marketing model to popularize recreational diving.
