F Fishery Group based on the successful development of fishery development, and extend its business to deep-sea fishing, frozen storage and transportation, hotel industry, and global cooperation.
For sustain the marine resources and to provide a good fish protein amplification farming industry, the establishment of T fish farm for breeding and high economic value fish species breeding, and will towards the integrated development of the leisure and tourism industry in the future.
In this study, we adopted F Fishery Group as the study case, with participant observation, in-depth interview methods, resource-based theory and SWOT strategies matrix analysis, with the following objectives:
1.Analysis F Fishery Group’s development process;
2.presents the diversified development of F Fishery Group;
3.Applied resource-based theory and SWOT matrix in the branched business of F Fishery Group-- T fish farm;
4.Make F Fishery Group’s case studies provide a good reference to the domestic industry, government and academia.
Our results presents the process and development of a traditional industrial enterprise which facing industrial restructuring and the environment trend, it response well and create its history, we also explored the industrial layout strategy behind it, our SWOT policy analysis matrix provide advice and management of cases as a good reference. We look forward our case study will be a good reference for the domestic industry, government and academia.
