碩士 / 世新大學 / 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) / 104 / Taking Super Brand Mall Women's Department Refoem in Shanghai as an Example, this study is to explore the Chinese large shopping malls how through the improvement of software and hardware equipment to strengthen the effect of marketing strategy and enhance market competitiveness.
By in-depth interview, participation observation and questionnaire survey, we found that the majority of female consumers to large shopping malls consumption, although it will be shopping center of diversification of the brand to attract, but in the actual consumption, first care is the psychological feelings, such as feeling respected, especially the attitude of the industry and industry toward consumption attitude to reply, to hardware improvements will affect the consumer's consumer experience, especially industry whether can give consumers like guests like shopping and leisure equipment, so we suggested that the relevant industry can improvement in hardware, for each class to the shopping environment planning, and the psychological needs of customers into one, so the carrot and stick in order to reach the shopping center hope operating strategy target.
