碩士 / 樹德科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 104 / According to the decrease of government''s budget allocation ratio time by time, the Ministry of Defense with the government administrative reform, start from 1993, operating reinforcement streamlining plan which is expected to be reduced to 17 million in military posts until year 2019, the military force structure, members of the workload and working hours must pay a relative increase in addition to the members of the organization will also directly affect future career development, and then look back through the literature can be expected, the operating pressure may directly affect the organizational commitment of the members of the organization level of resign intention.
In this study, discussion and analysis of the literature cited in the past scholars discuss if the work pressure would bring the uncertainty and anxiety, then cause the resign intension of members under the organizational changes, and by organizational commitment as an intermediary and interference variables, conduct effects resign intention, subjects were:
Marines grassroots volunteer military colleagues thru a questionnaire , to perform verification and analysis of research results, analysis organizational change after the grassroots cadres pressure on the organizational commitment and resign intention of relevance . Through this study we expect to understand the sources of work stress of the members of the organization, and by adjusting the organizational commitment, tends to reduce resign and enhance loyalty. The Institute is eligible results summarized as follows:
1.The working pressure and resign intention with significant positive relationship.
2.Tthe working pressure on the organizational commitment with significant negative relationship.
3.The organizational commitment to resign intention has significant negative relationship.
4.Organizational commitment to job stress and resign intention has intermediary effect.
5. Work pressure by the interference effect of organizational commitment cause the positive impact on resign intention.
