A study of Selections Criteria and Job Performance in Dispatching Personnel oversea Using Knowledge Management System / 運用知識管理平台導入探索海外派遣人員的遴選條件與工作績效之研究

碩士 / 萬能科技大學 / 資訊管理研究所在職專班 / 104 / The aim of this study is the use of knowledge management platform to import, exploration and research personnel selection criteria and job performance of overseas dispatch。This study implemented in-depth interviews, reviewed literatures and journal articles, then with a knowledge management system to assist analyzed and discussed to find out the relationship among the three interrelated and influencing factors on job performance.
This study utilized qualitative research method for data analysis. Results showed that (1) meeting job needs and specific selection methods improved overall performance (2) there was a high correlation between selection criteria and working performance (3) there was a non-significant correlation between job periods and working performance and it had some uncertain factors to family life (4) getting familiar with social customs assisted working performance (5) the appropriateness of selection methods and selection criteria deeply influenced working performance (6) utilizing knowledge management system to assist supporting oversea selection was fair and efficient (7) implementing knowledge management system can provide personal complete information and relevant data, and help managers make realistic decision and appropriate selection.
Overall, most studies simply explored one item. However, they rarely investigated the correlation. This study utilized the implementation of knowledge management to complete data analysis, which may compensate for the lack of this topic and also develop the system from the bottom.
