For example: delivery driver happened to send to the wrong place, the goods have wrong signature. Also the convenient shop gave goods only be told the name and take away. Those problems occurred often. Customer Relationship Management shows many defects. In our works, construct a new mode of logistic operations ALMS, an online style haulage. It’s a new platform both for sellers and buyers can track shipments. Tractable record of transparent information about the flow of goods. Combined 2D Bar Code receipt mechanism, using internet and communication technologies feed back to the system. This study attempts to improve the flow of goods, the drawbacks and difficulties encountered point customer’s signature. We construct a new mechanism of mobile logistics management with actual operation, Logistics can ensure security in order to meet customer satisfaction.
