Currently produces yachts to 50-150 feet of private luxury yachts, or customized 100 feet above large yacht. With exquisite technology, low price advantages and customized services to open the international reputation and image of the product, but also among the Asia's largest yacht producer, and has the reputation of "The Kingdom of the yacht."
"Co-opetition strategy" is emphasized two or more organizations have a dual relationship of cooperation and competition. when they use the relationship between cooperation and competition, and the sum of complementary strength to create synergy.
The research found that the yacht industry belongs to a very small market, and manufacturers in this market, mostly self-established supply chain or to maintain good relations and cooperation with foreign supply chain. Coupled with the relatively unique market, with the domestic industry were less partnership, because of the need to maintain business operations and to protect core values and professional production, all of these lead to the Taiwan's yacht industry more for competition in the main mode of operation.
Finally, government regulations and construction cannot on timely and appropriate influence to support industrial development, will create obstacles as well as increased cost of business operations and in the intangible effects to result in changes of industrial decision-making and future development.
