Preparation and Application of Graphene Sponge / 石墨烯海綿的製備及應用

碩士 / 國防大學理工學院 / 化學工程碩士班 / 105 / Three kinds of environmental friendly reducing agent, i.e. fructose, glucose and sucrose were chosen during the process of reduction and self-assembly of graphene oxide (GO) via the hydrothermal (160 °C for 8 h) and freeze-drying (- 50 °C for 48 h) technique to fabricate the graphene sponge (GS), and assigned as GS-f, GS-g, GS-s, respectively. Also, compared with the self-assembly of oxygen containing functional groups of GO without using reducing agent (named as rGS). The samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TEM/SEM, BET, EA, TPR and Raman. The adsorption capacity and recycling measurement of oils, organic solvents and dyes over the fabricated GS was evaluated by weighting method and UV-vis spectroscopy. The results indicated that the hydrophobic GS showed light weight and formed 3D porous structure, which could enhance the adsorption capacity for oils, organic solvents and cation-type dye (i.e., methylene blue, MB). The adsorption capacity of best adsorbent of GS-1f to oils reached to 60 times of its own weight, and reached to 40 times of its bulk weight for organic solvents. Recycling performance of oils showed that 70% of the adsorption capacity on the GS-1f could be preserved by extraction recovered even after 10 cycles, implying a good recycling performance. The adsorbed percentage of MB on the GS-1s exceeded 90%.
