Based on QFD（Quality function Deployment）and HOQ（House of Quality）, the key factors that influence the participating intentions of suppliers and customers on the platform are derived. The results will provide the references for enterprises to allocate the resources and generate strategies.
From the perspective of customers, the top five factors of QFD and HOQ are integration of multiple purchasing demands, reduction of lost by normalization, minimization of supplier monopoly, and ability of selecting high price-performance ratio products. The top five technical aspects are e-market, temporary feeding system, price ratio system, cold chain logistics management, and product certification. Consumers value highly on the possibility of receiving more diversified products within the least timeframe, and suppliers should improve logistic system in order for consumers to purchase the products quickly.
From the perspective of suppliers, the top five factors of QFD and HOQ are increasing of industry development, transaction price of aquatic products, sales channel benefit, group purchasing and international purchasing, and the reduction of lose due to expired products . Top five technical aspects are cold chain logistics system, E-commerce platform, Temporary feeding system, payment system, and auction system.
Cold chain logistic management is the primary factor for integrating the requirements from the perspectives of customers and suppliers. Secondary target is platform management, and followed by financial management system. Inventory management and customer relationship management systems ranked the last two factors.
