With the increase of urban population, the activities in the city have diversified and intensive developed, in which makes the use density of land increase and incompatible land use is also increased. The density of people's houses is extremely high, therefore causes the proportion of fires in urban areas increases year by year, thus endangering the safety of people's lives and property in urban areas. With this study, it tells us how to effectively improve the efficiency of fire rescue in narrow lanes and reduce the loss of life. It also covers property safety of the people, and serves as the reference basis for the administrative administration.
We can follow research methods including related literatures and utilize field and questionnaire survey to find the data such as features of the shopping district, the potential risk elements, and currently fire manpower. As for the cognitive level of residential buildings located at the narrow alley's areas among shopping district, rescue actions to be strengthen, equipment, and fire safety equipments that can be used, correct policy and correct fire fighting policies and measures meeting with the condition at the scene would be provided.
To collect and organize the same part of the data about alleys around the Tunghai shopping district via field survey, i.e. casually illegal parking, lack of fire water, the vendors, insufficient roadway width for the fire engine to go through, disregarding the traffic sign painted on the road and the indications, the electric wire go through back and forth. It is easy to find there are problems commonly on communities of narrow alleys and on the fire fighting and rescue at the same time.Small lane formation over the years, to improve overnight is not possible. Business district nearby households, shops, vendors and government departments should jointly face this problem, and seek solutions. Promote the establishment of business district management committee to improve the traffic environment, parking management, and the implementation of street vendors set
management. Strengthen fire prevention publicity and enhance the ability of fire fighting and rescue, are civil and government departments should work together to solve this is to solve the narrow roadway fire rescue best strategy
