碩士 / 中華大學 / 運輸科技與物流管理學系 / 105 / Regarding to the investigated result of「2016 Silicon Shipment Statistics Report」 which published by SEMI Silicon Manufactures’ Grup (SMG). With such strong demands of semiconductor enviorment, the global silicon shipmemt still increase year by year and drives the worldwise semiconductor industry growth continuously.And the purpose of this reaserch was analysis the packing and security of Semiconductor Equipement Shipment by DEMATEL to study a case of M Company.And according to the operating accidents of semiconductor equipment packing procedure in history to applicate the analysis tool of FMEA method (Faliure Mode and Effective Analysis).Purpose to find out the risk factors at the first, and improve and manage the risk factors when the goods or products move or transfor to warehouse or export wharf in current packing procedure by different control sequence of management, engineering, elimination, replacement and packing sescurity.
Given that current availiable resource, this reaserch applied Experts’ Questionnaires to collect advices and opinions from the Expert who working on semiconductor equipment packing process directly or indirectly in M company to estimate those operation risk factors. And applicated the analysis tool of DEMATEL method to compare and analysis those risk factors then find out the effective solutions and actions to decrease those risk.And concluded the impacted factors of semiconductor equipment packing and security procedure by four groups. There are 「high core factor, drives factor, independent factor, affected factor」It can offer the suitable strategy and solutions for relative decision maker and manager to estimate those operation risk factors.Expecting to increase effective company resources and competition.
