碩士 / 正修科技大學 / 休閒與運動管理所 / 105 / The main issue of this study to discuss is the operations administration strategies of blue highway, and recreational fishery which have been confronted with the variations in the management circumstance, further treats the interrelations of marine touristic and recreational fishery in Kaohsiung City.In order to pass through the assessment of resource-based marine touristic, to investigate the crucial cause which may bring the influences on developing recreational fishery. The analysis of the relative documents and information would be required, utilizing the viewpoint from resource-based theory, simultaneously, do analysis based on SWOT analysis and porter five forces analysis to examine the opportunities and threats from outside the enterprise, also to do analysis both consider from the strength and weakness from inside the enterprise. Furthermore, offering any consultation to the relevant tourism industry on market positioning and management circumstance.From this research, has learned that Kaohsiung City indeed owns the most plentiful resource for the marine tourism, also with the great potential to develop the marine tourism. Vendors and the government need to intergrade the routes of sailing from every different side, reinforce the differences of marine touristic products at the same time, also, to proceed public internet marketing for the future plans. Forming a cross-industry alliance with the local cultural and creative industries. On the other hand, add available cooperation of visiting experience to aquatic products factories into the schedules of blue highway, therefor, to expand the touristic market of blue highway will be feasible.
