With transition of the technology era, people daily living is rapid progress, not only colorful but also positive and productive. Reading lots of new knowledge, we may find that the written word has been transformed into computer text or program coding. Such a diversity shall actually be followed by various invisible pressure while the emotional tense and negative energy come from all direction to erode people. Therefore, studying on the emotional release and the relief of psychologic pressure appears in great number and confusion. This study is using Fish Script combining with Zentangle to form a complex and orderly picture, through the simply repeated lines to fill up the space on paintings. The Zentangle looks complicated. In fact, its pattern consists of diverse lines produced by a stroke and a draw to pile up and evolve into various patterns, which can be freely created and extended toward any direction. Moreover, the Fish Script can substitute for the stiff font and make it full of spirituality and vitality. As Fish Script combines with Zentangle in activation, it will invisibly prompt appreciators to release the positive energy. The human subjects are divided respectively as two groups. Group A admires the Fish Script combining with Zentangle for 20 minutes, and Group B takes a pure rest for 20 minutes. HRV analysis equipment was thereafter used to test human subject's mean HRT, PSI index value and TP index value so as to compare both groups’ destressing effects. The research shows that according to the percentage of average variation difference the human subjects in Group A have a conspicuous destressing effect that is better than Group B, for the former’s mean TP index value arises and both PSI index and HRT mean values decrease.
