Development of the Aquaponics System with Recirculated Water / 循環水式之魚菜共生系統研製

碩士 / 建國科技大學 / 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 / 105 / Normally aquaponics system was composed of a simple filtering system with hydroponics. Fish manure and fish feed were separated by a filtration, the nitrate or nitrite harmful to the fish. Vegetables can consume substances and purify water at the same time, reduce the concentration of toxic substances in the water, but it often only keeps balance, so that the water isn’t clean enough for fishes and vegetables were the lack of nutrient. The aquaponics system is manually controlled, water quality measurement which the system can’t to adjust immediately. In this paper, we were development of the aquaponics system by recirculated water which the system will be separated fishes and vegetables from the recycled water. The system feeding is using automatic control and combine with the physical filter to collect feces for vegetable using. Vegetable planting divided into hydroponic and landfarming to achieve planting diversity. Besides, we designed automatic detection of water quality, the water quality and system information upload to the computer as a remote monitoring and automatic adjustment basis, making fish water clean and vegetable nutrition sufficient. The system was built to carry out water quality, breeding and planting experiments, and collected experimental data for analysis and improvement, so that aquaponics system is more suitable for fish and vegetables growth.
This paper completes the aquaponics system with recirculated water. The experimental results, in water quality, pH is 7~7.4, can maintain 6.88 mg/L ~ 8.38 mg/L dissolved oxygen for fish required. The feeding efficiency of the system is 53% and the bait coefficient is 1.89.
