碩士 / 中原大學 / 電子工程研究所 / 105 / This thesis integrates a multi-parameter sensing system for algae biomass energy. Its incorporates five parameters such as temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen quantity, light intensity and conductivity. The sensor data are uploaded to the cloud via the WiFi protocol. In addition to the wireless based sensing system, a commercial constant current LED driver chip for a 9x9 red and blue LED matrix is included.
The TSMC 0.35um CMOS Mixed-Signal 2P4M 3.3 / 5V process technology is used to design a variable slope compensated LED boost driver circuit. Variable slope compensation is used to adjust the boost converter output to adapt to input power or load changes.
The oscillation frequency of the voltage-controlled oscillator is affected by the voltage through the fixed gate and the source voltage mode. The overall circuit specification are as follows: the input supply voltage is 3.3V, the internal oscillation frequency is 1MHz, the over temperature protection is 160 ℃, overvoltage output protection is 6V, output current is 2A, and power conversion efficiency of 88%.
