For an international tourism hotel corporation, overcoming the higher turnover rate, how to maintain the outstanding employees is an important issue. So this study would explore the relationship between leadership, perceived organizational support, organizational culture and job satisfaction.
This study of the relationship between leadership, perceived organizational support, organizational culture and job satisfaction – a case of Evergreen Resort Hotel(Jiaoxi). Then, divided the structure of leadership into inspirational motivation, contingent reward and sympathy, the structure of perceived organizational support into supervisor support, institutional and instrumental support, the structure of organizational cultural into brand culture, innovative corporate culture and supportive culture, the structure of job satisfaction into internal satisfaction and external satisfaction. Using literature review and questionnaire survey to explore the questions of research framewok.
A survey of 260 questionnaires was conducted in this research, with valid responses 232 poll samples from the interviewees, which result in an effectivr rate of 89.2%. Result: Leadership has a prominently effect on job satisfaction; perceived organizational support has a prominently effect on job satisfaction; organizational culture has a prominently effect on job satisfaction; organizational culture has a moderate the effect between leadership and job satisfaction; organizational culture not has a moderate the effect between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.
