碩士 / 義守大學 / 資訊管理學系 / 105 / Along with the work informationization, the era of electronic, Military had transferred each work into the information system application. These have a great help military management. The military vehicle dispatch system has been engaged for years, however, the changes in the way of operation has to enhance the function of traditional operation and to speed up online operations and information transparency in order to enhance the manager’s satisfaction with the system. This research conducted use satisfaction and effectiveness of the transportation information system based on literature reviews and IS Success Model to develop research model. The sample is focused on users of gendarmerie of 204 in the southern of Taiwan. This research used SPSS to carry out the research analysis; the findings demonstrated the information quality and the system quality have relationships between use satisfaction and use effectiveness. The results would help military to manage the use of vehicles and to speed up the deployment of vehicles for the future improvement.
