The research of delayed factors for the construction of sewer system in Kinmen County / 金門縣污水下水道工程工期延遲因素之研究

The impact of Engineering delay has great influence . It represents a relative increase in cost. Therefore, how to reduce the probability of occurrence of delay in advance to prevent, it has become an important issue to improve the progress of the project.
This study is based on the Kinmen Sewer system. The reason is that Kinmen lives in settlement mode, and the takeover mode needs to be completed in one operation. It can not be carried out in stages and the number of design changes is many. Therefore, the relevant design cases, literature review and The experts discussed the reasons for the delay in the sewage treatment project in Kinmen County, and then summarized the reasons for the delay. Secondly, the experts who participated in the sewage works were asked to fill in the expert questionnaires (covering the county government, design supervision unit, build manufacturers). And then use the Delphi Method and Analytic hierarchical Process analyze the main factors of the order of importance in Relative impact , as a control project to prevent the Engineering delay.
The results of the study show that the top 3 influential sub-phenomena of the highest importance of the order of the user survey errors, water flow direction errors, designers calculate errors, if we can improve the above factors, will reduce the possibility of top event errors. But the main causes of the original cause of the secondary phenomenon of the first three after the completion of the design for the staff to the site proofreading, design experience and practical problems. The comparison of the results of the example and the comparison of the delay assessment model and the actual case in this study shows that the users survey error, the flow direction error and the designer calculation error are highly correlated among the highest and the second highest ranking. This is sufficient to show that the study of the delay factor for the duration of the sewage assessment of the importance of the results have considerable reference value.
