Abstract

The subject of this research is Chang-Fu elementary school. Literature Review, Observation Method, and Interview is applied in this qualitative research.The interviewees are contractor of Aquaponics Plan on Education bureau, expert, administration staff, teachers, and volunteers in Chang- Fu elementary school. The research is study the influences about Aquaponics Plan on Chang-Fu elementary school. The purpose is to solve the question of attendance to Chang-Fu elementary school.

The development of Chang-Fu elementary school focuses on pottery education. Stusents can show multiple abilities, so we do not focus on pottery education. By the transformation and shaping the vivid features, we can get past the crisis of fewer children ,and more parents agree with the school. The conclusions listed as follows:
1.The results are rich on Aquaponics Plan, but we can strengthen the concepts of Aquaponics.
2.The plan cater to demand of people, and improve the visibility of school.
3.We should compassionate the grassroots workers.In addition,we should improve more manpower and funding.
4.The teachers should development more teaching materials about Aquaponics
5.We should have good interaction with parents of students based on marketing.
6.We should manage the plan regularly to improve missing.

Five suggestions to the administration staff,
1.It is better to invite Specialist teacher to participate the plan.
2.Overtime pay can be included in the budget.
3.The introduction of more manpower and funding is required.
4.Listen to the needs of more performers.
5.The study of Aquaponics will be timely held.


Three suggestions to the teachers,
1.The lesson materials should fully be prepared by teachers.
2.Teachers may participate more exchanges of experience outside on Aquaponics.
3.Leading the students to act as a small volunteer of Aquaponics.

Three suggestions to the volunteers,
1.The establishment of lifelong learning attitude is required.
2.We can introduce the knowledge of Aquaponics into the family.
3.More and more parents agree with the school due to the efforts of volunteers.

For the future research, we can use quantitatively methods to provide school more references about Aquaponics.
