Vibration Analysis of Warship Propulsion Shaft Design / 軍艦推進軸系設計之振動分析研究

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 模具工程系 / 105 / Based on the standard formula of MIL-STD-2189 military ship propulsion shafting design manual, this paper designs and establishes the calculation program interface through Visual Basic 6.0 commercial software development program. This thesis considers the shaft diameter, material, stress and shear force, load and torque and other related design parameters of the program, and establishes of a shaft system calculation system. In this paper, a ship shaft system is demonstrated to find the best bearing position to reduce the shaft resonance problem. The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 16.1 is used to establish the 3D model of the shaft system, and the vibration analysis. With the change of the bearing position, the modal and the natural frequency and harmonic response analysis are evaluated Taguchi method is utilized to adjust the bearing position for optimum design for the best arrangement of bearing position to avoid resonance and reduce the amplitude.
