碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 模具系碩士在職專班 / 105 / As a result of global warming, the issue of human habitation continues to draw attention. The speed of global warming had not only slowed, but rather it continued to increase. Global warming causes extreme and unusual climates, such as droughts and huge fluctuation in temperature; humankind is now facing a challenge in survival.
This research focuses on coastal areas that lack fresh water as a result of climate change or areas that lack fresh water as a result of natural disasters to design a solar powered, mobile, and thin module that freshens salt water.
Solar powered module’s main feature is its mobility, as it is easy to carry around. The solar energy capacity can be tweaked to stabilize and optimize module parameters; it uses the characteristics of Taiwanese salt water and the operation pressure with membrane to alter corresponding parameters. It also uses different environmental factors and operating factors, combined with solar powered module, to integrate the most optimal operating parameter. As such, maximum benefit can e derived from limited resources.
