The Feasibility Study on Coastal Ecological Conservation: A Case Study of Kaohsiung City / 高雄市海岸生態復育可行性之研究

碩士 / 高苑科技大學 / 土木工程研究所 / 105 / There are 1,600 km on the coastline of Taiwan, with coral reefs, sandy beaches, sandy lakes, rocky reefs, estuarine wetlands and deep seas. The biological resources are exceptionally rich, the number of species up to 10 percent of the global species. Because the past conservation work did not pay attention to the ocean. Human and the sea to fight, for the flood and embankment, destroyed the original coastal environment.
In recent years, the Government has vigorously promoted the application of ecological engineering, so that coastal projects also need to take into account the natural ecology, to achieve coexistence with the natural environment. In this study, the coastal ecological environment of Kaohsiung City was analyzed through basic data collection and analysis, coastal environment exploration, sustainable coastal ecological environment planning and related planning in neighboring areas. By assessing the feasibility of ecological rehabilitation and its initial results, and then proposed the proposed program of coastal rehabilitation, with a view to provide the Kaohsiung city government as a practical planning and design rehabilitation project, the development of eco-type coastal structure of the basic design.
In Kaohsiung City, most of the coastal areas can only be based on their lack or need to strengthen the ecological rehabilitation planning research, short-term proposal program; and a port south of the flag Tianjin coast in accordance with the "Kaohsiung City, "And then with the ecological function of the submarine, submarine ecological practices, to be carried out in stages.
