This study focuses on the founded in 1974, Hon-Hai under chairman of the board Mr. Terry Gou leadership, by forward-looking vision. He brings about vertical integrated business model of electronic foundry eCMMS od Integration mode.
At the present stage in Hon Hai technology group of the mature company 3c global(company、communication、consumer electronics) foundry field the largest international group, group’s company not only in Taiwan、Hong Kong, London exchange listing transactions and etc. Since the establishment of the Hon Hai over thirty years, this study is to explore the growth of Hon Hai to the maturity of Hon Hai, whether there are discrepancy in investment strategy , the knowledge map constructed by the decision tree can effectively understand the allocation of the data samples. Therefore, this study first made a decision tree in Hon Hai in the growth period of the K-line, gross margin and revenue and multiple items technical indicators after the key attributes. Then, we establishes the effective investment regulation and at more than ten years later Hon Hai mature period the investment of forecast, and analyzes to develop the knowledge scope diagram. The study also obtain the investment business stock the rule, and the verification is also made.
