Unique and extreme geographical environment has created a unique and rich tourism resources. After a long period of historical and cultural development, it has a very high tourism attraction. Since the Qinghai Tibet railway was opened to traffic, tourism has become the fastest growing industry in Tibet. It is the fastest growing area in mainland China. There are a lot of itineraries designed by travel agencies available for selection in Taiwan. It is not difficult to find related attractions, tour Lamaism high, long journey, to the health certificate, through the network and the media, as long as the Tibet tour must focus on the efforts of the world and unique beautiful scenery and cultural beliefs, high altitude travel risks and the Qinghai Tibet railway tickets issue. So far, few of these topics have been discussed. On the choice of tourist itinerary or location, many literatures have pointed out that the unique and magnificent natural scenery, low cost, good service, high popularity and so on are the main influencing factors. But Tibet is a factor of high altitude, the natural environment is bad and the single religion, travel fare high long stroke, so unfavorable also many tourists choose. But it is a popular tour run in Taiwan, and there is little ink on both sides of the strait. Based on this, this research through actual for Tibet tour activities, tour and reference before participation members tend to choose the attractions or to see scenery or experience design proposal, semi custom suits run, and in the tourism activities to participate in the activities of the members of the reference opinions, feelings, experience after satisfaction and attraction run, advice and information content, the well-known travel agency in Taiwan in 2016 and 2017 in Tibet itinerary, as the next year or the next is also a reference for the design of tourism activities in Tibet itineray. The results of the study showed that those who had never been to Tibet before the Tibet members of the main factor is the Qinghai Tibet railway, the Potala Palace, the most worried problem during the event is highly adapted or mountain sickness, went to Tibet League, the most attractive or revisiting willingness factors is the highest peak or Mount Everest base camp and the scenery of Lamaism five in ceremony. After the trip, most of the members visited the Potala Palace too short, eating and riding too long, more complaints, and the last two days of the tour, Qinghai Lake and Xi'an and other attractions are unnecessary. Mountain sickness is the biggest factor to ask when members will travel in line, and the majority of members of the toilet is not convenient. 13 days trip, especially female members.
