A Study on Leisure Participation, LeisureSatisfaction and Happiness of Police Personell of Taiwan and Its Offshore Islands / 臺灣本島及離島警察人員休閒參與、休閒滿意度與幸福感之研究

碩士 / 康寧大學 / 資訊傳播研究所 / 105 / Nowadays, when it says to policemen, people think they are the one who takes care of people’s lives, safety, and society order.But, policemen’s leisure participationand happinesswere seldom concerned.Therefore, this study takes police personell of Taiwan and its offshore islands as the research object,and discusses the influence of leisure participation, leisure satisfactionand happiness of police personell of Taiwan and its offshore islands.To understand the participation through leisure activities to enhance the happiness of police personell.
In this study, questionnaire survey was conducted in the police personell of Taiwan and its offshore islands. The questionnaire was collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to understand the relationship between the variables and the degree of influence. Through the analysis, the results of this study are:
1. The leisure participation of police personell of main island of Taiwan is a positive impact on leisure satisfaction.
2.The leisure participation of police personell of offshore islands of Taiwan is not a positive impact on leisure satisfaction.
3. The leisure satisfaction of police personell of main island of Taiwan is a positive impact on happiness.
4.The leisure satisfaction of police personell of offshore islands of Taiwan is a positive impact on happiness.
5. The leisure participation of police personell of main island of Taiwan positively affects the happiness.
6. The leisure participation of police personell of offshore islands of Taiwan does not positively affect the happiness.
7. The leisure satisfaction of police personell of main island of Taiwan has mediation effect between their leisure participation and happiness.
8. The leisure satisfaction of police personell of offshore islands of Taiwan does not have mediation effect between their leisure participation and happiness.
This study explores the interrelationship between leisure participation, leisuresatisfaction and happiness, and integrates a complete framework to clarify the factors that affect the happiness of the inmates. Gain of knowledge in related fields.
