碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 / 105 / The main purpose of this research is to investigate the current situation of tourism service in Matsu area. By analyzing visitors’ hospitality experiences and their satisfactions in Nangan, the heartland of Matsu, this research is aiming to provide further strategies to improve the tourism service in the area. Therefore, the discussion in this research includes the following four objectives:
1.The key factors are the transposition and catering
2.Reinforce to promote the featured-products of Matsu.
3.The youths are in the majority of Matsu tourists. We can design tours for young people.
To advance the marketing of Matsu tourism, this research provides some suggestions for the tourism administration and related practitioners via the questionnaire survey. In addition to further research topics, most of the tourists are satisfied with the carting, but they don’t give a high evaluation on the accommodation. These B&B in Matsu can still increase the population of tourists by improving the quality of accommodation.
