碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 高階經理人碩士在職專班 / 105 / This thesis analyzes the growth and improvement of a case firm’s (Company C) strategies. After a literature review and industry analysis, this thesis suggests the enhancement of core business and strategies of adjacency for Company C. Enhancement of the core business includes adjustments in product structure and improvement of the ERP system. Strategies of adjacency will focus on development of products and foreign investment. First, adjustments in product structure include focus on high-margin product, long lifecycle products, and customer relationship management. Second, improvement of the ERP system refers to an increase in the ability of the ERP system to support decision making. Third, development of product helps the company invest on research of car engine accessory and patent. Finally, the company will enter the Philippine market, due to its technical advantages. Therefore, the strategies suggested in this thesis can improve the company’s operations and increase both competitiveness and firm value.
