The influence on Organization Commitment from Organization Commitment and retention for Coastguards in Taiwan / 組織承諾對員工留任意願與工作績效之研究-以海巡署為例

碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 資訊管理系研發科技與資訊管理碩士在職專班 / 105 / The work of Coastguards is extremely important, because their work mostly involved in navigation, ship, law enforcement and other professional, the responsibility for the establishment of the sea of sea law enforcement mechanism to safeguard the country's maritime rights and interests, protect the people's lives. But the current Coastguards training institutions and civilian, military, police and other administrative system of the system were face with human resources, capacity positioning, equipment costs under consideration, and reveal the issue of human retention.Therefor, study 236 Coastguards to explore the impact of the performance and retention with questionnaire survey of of the "Organizational Welfare, Organizational Commitment, Job Performance and Retention"
The results of the survey show that the organization provided salary and subsidy during the training period(Mean 3.60) are the main factors that attract employees to enter the organization, and the retired subsidy(Mean 3.53) does not help the staff to stay in the organization.In the performance of the organization's commitment, the performance of the value of commitment(Mean 3.60) to more effort commitment(Mean 3.23) and retention commitment(Mean 3.13); the performance of the efficiency(Mean 3.70)than performance ofeffectiveness(Mean 3.52) and quality(Mean 3.49). In terms of personal characteristics, age, grade and year affect their "organizational benefits"; but for "organizational commitment", "job performance" and "retention intention" are not affected. In addition, there is a positive correlation between "organizational welfare" and "organizational commitment" and "retention intention". There is a positive correlation between "job performance" and "willingness to stay". Throughout the study, the survey showed that the Coastguards were highly willing to stay.
