碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 冷凍空調系 / 105 / The heat pump system in this study is a high-performance product for absorbing atmospheric heat energy and waste thermal energy, in comparison to the conventional electric heaters or gas. It is environmentally friendly, efficient and safe. The study site is a restaurant; the experimental subjects are lobsters of high economic value and commercial dishwashers. According to the survey of willingness to heat pump system, most of suppliers give priority to space problem. In the future, the condenser system of this unit will replace the original electric heater in the commercial dishwashers, so as to reduce the machine volume to save space.
The heat pump system takes full advantage of energy, the study conceives of using cold sector in the conditioning pond to keep the water temperature. The hot water of hot zone assists the commercial dishwashers, and the water chilling unit and dishwasher for restaurants are used as control group. The water chilling unit is one of the most power consuming units of restaurants, the monthly power consumption is about 883.4613 kw, the expenditure cost is NT$3,000~4,000/month. The measurement time is springtime. If at summer electricity price and in hot environment, the energy charge of the restaurant water chilling unit must exceed NT$ 10,000/month. Therefore, this system can reduce the operating costs a lot for restaurants.
The results of electricity comparison show that the heat pump assisted commercial dishwashers save more than 53 % of electricity. However in cultivation, the rating energy of water chilling unit can save 7 % of electricity compared with the heat pump system. According to the aforesaid measured data, the heat pump system for replacing water chilling unit and heat pump assisted dishwashers is characterized by energy saving and high performance. Therefore, this heat pump system has development potential. It is expected to be used in hotels, restaurants and marine product stores in the future to develop a promising heat pump system.
