ABSTRACT
The commercial trade channel is getting more diverse, and also deepened regional trade liberalization because of the global economy booming developed. The business model at the early stage of the buyer and seller has evolved into a diversified trade model of reciprocal and multiple from single-point exchange. The distance between countries is shortened by international express services instant information monitoring and highly efficient transport distribution; also increase the economic benefits of delivering.
As the international express service industry keeps integrating economic innovation model for the shipment , the industry invests the hardware and software equipment of human resources, logistics and information flow, not only for improving service quality, building complete transport system, but also make the capability of import and export more professional to overcome the remote areas’ problem of delivery. The industry supplier attach importance to global information integration and committed to building the four demands (shipment distribution efficiency, shipment distribution integrity, instant information of shipment distribution, professional competence of shipment distribution) to speed up the delivery and create service opportunities for customers.
The purpose of this research was to identify how the international express service suppliers set up their shipment distribution service information system to create service opportunities; the international express service supplier, DHL, FedEx, UPS that own the global scale and high level of brand awareness in Taiwan is used as the main research objects. Adapting analytic network process (ANP) to analyze that there's a significant importance for shipment clearance service information system, and using the four demands (shipment distribution efficiency, shipment distribution integrity, instant information of shipment distribution, professional competence of shipment distribution) of service supplier and four major delivery service information systems (pre-service information system, distribution service information system, clearance service information system, after-sales service information system) as the structure of the research .
