碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 105 / This study explores the business strategy of Blue Ocean Strategy thinking in a case of private vocational training institutions. By applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the weight of each object and the index of the competition factors of the Private Vocational Training Institutions were explored. According to the obtained weight, the strategy canvas was drawn to compare the differences with current strategy. Through the four action frameworks, a new value curve was drawn to compare the differences of the operational strategy between this study case and the general private vocational training institutions after value innovation.
The analytic results revealed this study case took the value innovation strategy by focusing on the development of the competency-based program, however, the general private vocational training institutions are still in a wait-and-see attitude.Therefore, actively seize the competency-Based Program and projects so as to get rid of the competition of homogeneous inter-industry products or services, and then create new value and gain new blue ocean market opportunities.
