雙軌訓練旗艦計畫訓練生學習動機、學習滿意度與學習成效關係之研究-以中彰投地區為例

碩士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 工業教育與技術學系 / 105 / The purpose of this study is to discuss the variation on personal background of those students who participate in the Dual System of Vocational Training Program, the differential analysis to the learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness, also the influence of learning motivation and learning satisfaction to the learning effectiveness.
To reach the above research purpose, this study was conducted the survey method by questionnaires, sampling object based on those students who participate in the 2017 Dual System of Vocational Training Program . By layered and random sampling, distributed 420 questionnaire copies in total, returned 395 copies, got 356 copies as valid questionnaires and 39 copies as invalid, valid questionnaire got 85%.
After the data were collected, use the statistical method as SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) to proceed the descriptive statistics, the independent samples t-test, the one-way ANOVA(analysis of variance), Scheffe' posterior comparison and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient to analyze. And get the following conclusions:
1.Those trainess with different background, when the learning motivation in different gender, training category, participation factor, participation intention and planning after graduation got a significant difference.
2.Those trainess with different background, when the learning satisfaction in the different training category, participation factor, participation intention and planning after graduation got a significant difference.
3.Those trainess with different background, when the learning effectiveness in different gender, training category, participation factor, participation intention and planning after graduation got a significant difference.
4.The learning motivation of those trainess got a positive influence to the training effectiveness.
5.The learning satisfaction of those trainess got a positive influence to the training effectiveness.
