碩士 / 國立嘉義大學 / 土木與水資源工程學系研究所 / 105 / The purpose of the study was to assess the quality of reinforced concrete pipes(RCP) commonly used in sewerage. Such as high aluminalement cement RCP(HA-RCP), Portland cement-Type II RCP(II-RCP), coating high aluminalement cement RCP(CA-RCP), Portland cement-Type I add to fly ash RCP(IF-RCP), and Portland cement-Type I add to rice husk ash RCP(IR-RCP).
The inside diameter of the testing samples are 400mm to comply with the needs of CNS 3905 to detect strength, durability and the expense. The questionnaire was based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analysis the quality of various reinforced concrete pipes. The analysis of the priority of the pipes was to provide the sewage works with reference to contract, planning, execution and production.
The results revealed that the sequence of detecting data on reinforced concrete pipes was IR-RCP(56.36%), CA-RCP(55.98%), II-RCP(48.17%), IF-RCP(43.61%) and HA-RCP(-2.27%).
Results of questionnaire analysis indicated most was strength(48.7%); durability(25.9%) and the expense(25.4%) respectively. Based on AHP, the order of priority of 400mm diameter RCP was CA-RCP, IR-RCP, II-RCP, IF-RCP and HA-RCP.
