Based on that, China has come out with the "Peaceful development " to ease the force of international opinion. However ,in 2012, the PRC put forward the "Chinese Dream". In 2013, it actively strengthened the military development in the South China Sea. Actions above makes us question about China does not act corresponding with the "Peaceful development" strategy. This study is based on the theory of neo-realism, and the strategic research units such as environment, which tools and objectives are the core interests of the strategy of "Peaceful Development" and the relationship or contradiction between the " Military development in the South China Sea ".
By the strategy of "Peaceful Development" of the PRC, it is found that the development of domestic economy is the core interests of the PRC. "One Belt One Road " strategy is to achieve a rich country strong army, and is an effective way of "Chinese dream". In the South China Sea dispute, under the influence of the strategy of "One Belt One Road ", countries have profoundly recognized that only cooperation with the PRC is an effective way to resolve political and security contradictions. Economic Development is also the core interests of our country.The proper use of our country in the strategic position between China and USA is able to obtain the greatest national interests. In the future, we must pay attention to the development of "One Belt, One Road" Strategy.
Facing a growing PRC both in economy and military, the power arrangement of world economy will re-shuffle; How the relationship between the United States, China and Taiwan will evolve in the future? And how we should set direction of Taiwan's national and military strategy will be our best interest. We should take it into serious consideration.
