碩士 / 南榮科技大學 / 工程科技研究所碩士班 / 105 / UNESCO discloses that the global citizens have the obligation and responsibility to conserve the cultural and natural heritage, which sets off the worldwide wave of the countries’ endeavor to protect the world cultural heritage. Our country has actively made laws to conserve the tangible and intangible cultural assets. With the promotion of the two concepts of cultural landscape and community museum, the comprehensive community development surging in the recent two decades has flourished. As early as the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, Ben Harbor was a harbor with prosperous life and thriving trade. Then the channel changes resulted in the separation of the harbor into two areas, respectively on the south and north of Beigang River. In recent years, the southern bank of Beigang River has actively engaged in the comprehensive community development through the traditional crafts and become an model for the whole country. This place has also become a farming town with artistic atmosphere and LOHAS spirit. This study focuses on Ben Harbor South Street on the southern bank of Beigang River. With the cultural assets of historic buildings, memorial buildings, archeological relics, historic sites, cultural landscape, and antiquities, the whole area is like a community museum with the rich cultural landscape and collection.
In the intelligence era, the digital archiving and value-added integration of the precious cultural assets and community LOHAS development can enhance vitalization and permanent preservation. The Internet and the mobile devices are also applied to send and exchange messages to achieve the goal of integrated marketing and learning. This study will make the archiving and value-added application to the cultural assets as well as community development performance of Ben Harbor South Street in terms of the local characteristics of local culture, humanistic atmosphere, farming village scenes, and community development performance and conduct the digital technology archiving and value multiplication of “Ben Harbor South Street Historical, Cultural, and Humanistic Charm.” With the further application of the multimedia and integrated technology, the digital archiving performance of “Ben Harbor South Street Historical, Cultural, and Humanistic Charm” is integrated and established into a marketing platform with the digital guide of Google Maps, “Ben Harbor South Street’s Innovation, Heritage, and Sustainability.” The technology of augmented reality is also adopted to set up the APP digital creative guiding and teaching platform, “Bantou Village Community Development Charm Fun Learning”; with the happy learning concept of combining the interactive games, the APP digital interactive learning platform of “Ben Harbor South Street Farming Village Fun” is built up. Finally, as for the practical teaching, the innovative teaching mode is used to conduct the local culture education and practiced in the teaching activities so that the students will have a personal experience. The innovative teaching will arouse the students’ interest as the lively experience and intelligent interactive learning will intrigue them. Through the heritage, the students of the next generation will be able to understand the local history, culture, and art more deeply. It is also hoped that the study result will provide rich and various information for marketing guidance and educational platform to arouse people’s memory and attention on the local culture of Ben Harbor South Street, which serves as a both intellectual and emotional recreational choice for people.
