Secondly, a second expert‘s questionnaire survey were conducted to assess the risk factors of the shipments of the bulk cargo wharf, and the weights were evaluated by AHP. Finally, the relevant risk strategy was put forward, The shipping company, the shipping company, the port company, the loading and unloading company, provide the relevant measures to avoid the risk of the ship's side of the operation.
The results of this study show that the weight of the risk of the ship's bulk operation is analyzed by AHP: it is the most important factor for the "people", and the risk factors are " The most important part of the operation of the staff concerned is that the work of the staff concerned is not only the need for time to arrange education and pre-school education. It is also necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the standard operating procedures. , But also to remind the staff of the unit at any time to pay attention to the safety of the work process.
