碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 漁業生產與管理研究所 / 105 / The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of Taiwan's Set-Net fishery industry.The research method, first through the literature review,to understand the development of Taiwan's Set-Net fishery industry and the status quo.Secondly, we conducted a five-force analysis of the East, West,South and North industries by means of Purposive Sampling,To understand the competitive environment of Taiwan's Set-Net fishery industry,And the industry's main activities and support activities, respectively, at different stages of the industrial structure of the proposed side of the Taiwan Set-Net industry to the importance and satisfaction analysis, To understand the industry's views on the various aspects of the industry chain.The main findings and implications are as follows:
1. Set-Set fisheries as one of Taiwan's important coastal fisheries
Taiwan set up a total of 31 place and 63 Set-Net equipment, This study investigated 30 place,There are 22 joint ventures,Each place about 10-20 crew,Is labor-intensive industries,In the annual revenue, To NT $ 1500-3000 million above the highest proportion,Total production and output accounted for one-third and one-fourth of coastal fisheries, Whether it is resource-friendly, Manpower use, industrial efficiency,Fixed Set-Net fisheries can be described as one of Taiwan's important coastal fisheries.
2. The Set-Net fishery has a strong competitive structure
The daily catches and the local market segment, so there is little competition between the industry threat.The catch is very fresh, in the minds of consumers have a certain preference, so the threat of alternative products is low, the buyer (customer) bargaining space is also quite limited. the equipment is good or bad, it will affect the quality of the fishery and the safety of the place. Therefore, it is preferable to purchase the equipment with excellent quality, so the bargaining power of the suppliers (upstream manufacturers) is low.Apply for the establishment of Set-Net fishing rights, equipment is also a high capital investment, coupled with a certain technical threshold, so the threat from potential entrants is also low.
3. Set-Net fisheries industry value chain perfect,but the human resources management and technical development facets still need to strengthen
IPA analysis results show: consumer market survey, the price of fish goods, product pricing information transparency, water and electricity supply pipeline with the set of goods and transactions (auction) site, live fish handling (ship) equipment, production and consumption The convenience of transportation, the recruitment of personnel, the employment of personnel, the training of personnel, the improvement of automated production technology and the improvement of processing technology. The respondents considered that they had a high degree of satisfaction but a low level of satisfaction.So this section should "enhance improvement".
