Study on the Retaining of Volunteer Service of Marine Corps / 陸戰隊自願役繼續留營之研究

The aim of this study is to explore the continuing problems of the Marine Corps Volunteer Service, which is currently faced with the ongoing retention of the existing Marine Corps Volunteer Service. During the period from September 15, 2015 to October 31, 2016, the questionnaire was randomly selected for the marines, and 250 questionnaires were issued. The total number of valid questionnaires was 200 and the effective sample rate was 88%.
(PLS) correlation analysis and other methods to analyze the results of the statistical analysis, the reliability of each scale surface, validity test, chi-square analysis, partial least squares (PLS) correlation analysis, the results are as follows:

1.the professional image in the community, gives the impression and impression on the job seekers and the choice of people who have a great influence, so the national army in the overall management and type, not only advancing with the times, more Need to enhance the overall positive image, for people's identity.
2.the active Marine Corps will choose to serve the country, from the pre-departure motive, before the camp on the troops of the understanding of the strength of the work of the three conditions and then through their own service experience. The willingness to continue to stay in the last choice is low. The majority of people actually do not want to enter service, because of the stability of the work conditions and the current stage of the welfare of the troops. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the welfare of the officers and men of the armed forces, pay attention to the welfare services of the soldiers, and take care of the family life of the military in a multi-channel and cooperative manner, so that the officers and men can worry about the war.
3. pay attention to the fishermen's children to recruit media, increase the breadth and depth of communication.
4. it is recommended that the Marines after the demobilization of the workplace can be engaged in fisheries. Marines physical strength, endurance may be better than the fresh people just out of society, and more able to adapt to long-term life in the sea, in adverse weather to overcome seasickness, and in the hot sun and wrestling.
