Through the literature review and expert interviews and other research methods, we will get the future reference for the marketing strategy of Tainan milkfish direction.
Millettes are highly regarded by the high nutritional value and are affordable species. They are very popular in Taiwan. The milkfish can be said to be Tainan's domestic fish. Tainan's milkfish production accounts for Taiwan's first, Industry marketing is mainly in Tainan milkfish production of the highest five areas to promote the activities of the implementation of the activities of the Milk Festival, the integration of industrial marketing, driven business opportunities to enhance the local cultural characteristics of Tainan.
