碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 資訊管理系企業電子化碩士班 / 105 / Before discussing how to keep the credit departments of farmers’ and fishermen associations to fulfill corresponding responsibilities, people need to be sure that these business are sustainable. To understand the potential of being sustainable for a business unit like the credit departments of farmers’and fishermen associations, we may have to access the business unit’s operational performance. It is because the operational performance would affect the possibility of the future development of firms in the industries of agriculture and fisheries. For this reason, the study aims at exploring the operational performance of the credit departments of farmer’s and fishermen’s associations.
The study uses R software (Rstudio platform) to implement data collection, data pre-processing, related data mining techniques (association analysis & K-means cluster analysis), and to develop the application data visualization of the web version of the analysis platform. By doing so, users can easily and effectively analyze or predict the operational performances of credit departments at the industries of farmers and fishermen. Furthermore, the analysis process with visualization is simple, fast, and intuitive for users to make judgments concerning the operational performances for those credit departments of farmer’s and fishermen’s associations.
