碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 運籌管理系企業管理碩士專班 / 105 / Since the national defense policy executes volunteer military service, R.O.C. military will be replaced by volunteers totally. It needs a lot of time and training to cultivate an eligible officer, sergeant and soldier. The longer they serve and the better training they receive. An eligible military can execute his task efficiently. If we can increase the volunteers’ intention to stay, it will be able to reduce training costs and increase the labor power utilization. Furthermore, it will also enhance the national defense power.
This research is based on convenience sampling including 311 valid questionnaires. The subjects are from the Coast Guard of R.O.C volunteers.
