碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 財務管理系碩士專班 / 105 / Using the backhaul truck industry as an example, this paper designs a business model for the matching-service APP and discusses the financial plan for the APP’s operations. We show that the APP’s development and maintenance were estimated to cost NT$7,200,000 annually. On average, the APP will meet the break-even point at 13,600 backhaul truck trips annually. Our paper contributes to the literature by providing an innovative business model for the matching-service APP, based on the financial technology (Fin Tech).
