合作學習法對國軍武裝200公尺蛙式游泳學習成效之行動研究-以海軍陸戰隊兩棲偵搜專長班為例

碩士 / 國立高雄師範大學 / 體育學系 / 105 / This research adopted the “action research” methodology in studying the effects of a “collaborative learning strategy” on the learning results, learning process, trainee perception, difficulties encountered, corrective measures devised, and research reflections on the “200-meter armed swimming” (unaided breast-stroke swimming training with rifle and personal equipment) training of the R.O.C. Marine Corps Amphibious Reconnaissance Training Detachment. The subjects studied in this research included the author himself and trainees in the R.O.C. Marine Corps Amphibious Reconnaissance Training Detachment, where the author currently serves as an instructor. Data and information such as the “200-meter armed swimming” trainee performance at different stages, daily training logs, and trainee interviews were collected and analyzed to conduct this “collaborative learning” action research experiment, in order to promote the efficiency of the “200-meter armed swimming” training in the R.O.C. Marine Corps Amphibious Reconnaissance Training Detachment.
The research results are listed below:
1. Using the collaborative learning approach, the learning results of the “200-meter armed swimming” were indeed improved.
2. Using the collaborative learning approach, the trainees’ participation of the “200-meter armed swimming” became more aggressive and positive; their perception turned affirmative and expecting.
2. Using the collaborative learning approach in practicing the “200-meter armed swimming,” the three difficulties encountered were: a. the trainees did not understand the collaborative learning techniques and did not know how to apply them; b. using the “training partner” system, the trainees ignored the observation of other teams; c. the experience-sharing among the trainees was poor during the after-action discussion phase. To resolve the above difficulties, the author explained the idea and principles of the collaborative learning once more and also introduced a “training partner” system; he also elaborated on the meaning of the “training partner” system in detail, and played the “facilitator” role himself to promote trainee participation. During this period, the author’s ability to instruct and teach was indeed enhanced.
2. Using the collaborative learning approach, the authors’ ability for resolving difficulties, self-reflection, adjusting training content was also improved.
Finally, suggestions based on this research were made to enhance the R.O.C. Marine Corps training methodology of the “200-meter armed swimming.”
