The Assemblages and Seasonal Variation Survey of the Large Crustaceans by Trawlers Catch in Penghu / 澎湖拖網漁船漁獲大型甲殼類組成與季節變動之研究

碩士 / 國立澎湖科技大學 / 水產養殖系水產資源與養殖碩士班 / 105 / This study investigates the large crustaceans by trawlers catch in the Makung City Penghu fish market and Suogang port, by analyzing the frequency of the large crustacean’s appearance and the community to understand composition of the large crustaceans in Penghu. According to water temperature, both sample areas divided into hot season and cold season, Study period of Penghu fish market during from August 2013 to August 2014 while Suogang from November 2014 to October 2015. In this syudy a total of 142 samples, including 23 families 57 genera 112 species were obtained, about accounted for Taiwan 1/10 of large crustaceans species, visible Penghu sea waters of large crustaceans have a certain degree of diversity. In the result, a total of 141 and 58 samples were taken in the Penghu fish market and Suogang port, respectively. Composition of large Crustaceans are the most of Brachyura (59%, 60%), followed by Macrura (26%, 18%) and Stomatopoda (12%, 15%), the least is Anomura (9%, 7%). Analysis of appearance frequency, the ration of Rare and Scarce were 91% and 74%, respectively, which display the amount of Rare and Scarce that has a significant impact on the understanding to the types of high biodiversity areas. In terms of representative sampling frequency, an average of 13 times in a month to be sampled, and continue sampling more than 4 months, and an average of 10 times in a month to be sampled, and continue to sample more than 5 months in the Penghu fish market hot and cold season, respectively to be representative. The number of representative sampling frequency has not yet been found in the Suogang. In terms of seasonal variation, the Penghu fish market which have significant differences in species composition between hot and cold seasons, but not for Suogang. However, there were still some unique species in different seasons, display that the large crustaceans composition in different seasons will also change.
